TCG Clients Serve Nine 60-Day Notices of Violation of Prop 65

Peter Englander, Anthony Held, Laurence Vinocur, and John Moore--clients of The Chanler Group--served a total of nine new 60-Day Notices of Violation of Proposition 65 on companies offering products in California containing chemicals known to cause cancer or reproductive harm, without first providing a warning. The products involved include bags and furniture, and contain chemicals such as lead (Pb), the flame retardant TDCPP, and the phthalate DEHP. Some of the companies that received notices include Yamaha, S.C. Johnson, and Wal-Mart. A partial list of the notices appears below.
