John Moore has successfully reached a settlement with Dezine News regarding alleged violations of Proposition 65.  Moore alleged that Dezine violated Proposition 65 when they sold vinyl/PVC belts that contained the phthalate chemical DEHP without the requisite health hazard warning. Imagine Nation Books has issued a recall on its pink Giraffe Animal Purse due to lead paint on its zipper in excess of federal lead paint standards.  The purse resembles a pink stuffed animal giraffe with brown spots and a red zipper down its back.  The purses were sold at Imagine Nation Books dealers nationwide at book fairs held at corporate offices and hospitals from July 2014 through March 2015.
